According to a report on the state of bicycle roads in South Korea, there were over 8,100 injured in 2022 in accidents where bikers were the victims. The figures were highest in May, followed by September. Overall the injured figures were much higher in accidents suffered by bikers than in those caused by bikers, which stood at around 5,900.
