This statistic shows the main criteria when looking for a rental accommodation in France in September 2019. At that time, 67 percent of people stated that price was the most important criterion in the search for an accommodation. For 41 percent of the population the size of the accommodation was the most important criterion when looking for a rental accommodation. Three percent believed that proximity with leisure and entertainment places was a decisive criterion.
