Number of delegates on river commissions specified in the Treaty of Versailles

Part XII of the Treaty of Versailles deals with the administration of Germany's ports, waterways and railways following the First World War. In the treaty, five of Germany's major rivers were declared international, with Articles 211 to 217 outlining the amount of representatives from each country on the respective River Commissions. In most commissions, German delegates made up a plurality, but never a majority, while France and Britain were represented on all commissions (although this was not specified in the Nieman Commission).

Number of delegates on each international river commission, per country, as specified in the Treaty of Versailles, June 28, 1919
