Net absorption of office real estate in Latin America H1 2022, by city
Among the leading office markets in Latin America, Sao Paulo had the highest absorption rate amounting to almost 65,000 square meters in the first half of 2022. Not all cities had a positive office absorption rate. In Buenos Aires and Mexico City, the absorption rate was negative, meaning that more space was vacated than newly occupied.
