Container cargo throughput distribution in Vietnam 2015-2018, by source
In regards to international container cargo throughput at Vietnamese ports in 2018, import and export each held a share of 34 percent while domestic cargo throughput accounted for 33 percent of total cargo throughput. In that year, domestic throughput accounted for the largest share for bulk and liquid cargo.
