In 2022, AIS provided the best latency experience of fixed internet connections for users at around 10.4 milliseconds compared to other internet service providers in Thailand. This was followed by True Online, with the latency of approximately 11.5 milliseconds. In that year, True Online provided the best performance for fixed internet connections across the country.
