Share of Russians taking measures regarding coronavirus 2020

The largest share of Russians taking preventive measures in view of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak was recorded among people aged 46 to 60 years, which amounted to less than one quarter of survey participants in this age category in February 2020. Among young adults between 18 and 30 years old, 15 percent stated that they took any actions to prevent the disease, such as practicing good hygiene, taking medicines, strengthening the immune system with folk remedies, using masks, etc.
