"The Treatment Frequency Indicator (TFI) is the average number of standard treatment doses applied during a season. Standard TFIs are used both in the framework of the territorialized agri-environmental measures (MAET) and in the framework of the DEPHY system of the "Ecophyto" plan, thus allowing farmers to compare the TFIs they obtain on their farm with the standard TFI. The reference TFI is then defined by the 70th percentile: 70 percent of the areas in a region have a TFI less than or equal to the reference TFI specified for that area. "
