Argentina: vehicle fleet share 2019, by fuel type
In 2019, more than half of the circulating automobile fleet in Argentina was fueled by gasoline. Vehicles fueled by diesel represented around 35 percent, while 13.3 percent used compressed natural gas. At that point in time, electric or hybrid vehicles in the country amounted to a little over two thousand units, while Argentina's vehicle fleet added up to more than 14 million vehicles.
