In April 2020, 48 percent of Austrians were very pleased with how Rudolf Anschober, the health minister, was handling the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic in the country. 47 percent felt the same way about Chancellor Sebastian Kurz and the Austrian Federal government in total.
