Number of residential real estate transactions in main cities in Italy H1 2019
In the first half of 2019, Rome was the Italian city registering the highest number of transactions in the residential real estate sector. In fact, as the graph shows, nearly 17,000 transactions were recorded in the Italian capital. Milan, the second largest city in the country after Rome, reported approximately 13,200 transactions in the residential real estate sector during the same period.
