As of the 1st quarter of 2022, Korean Air's cargo revenue grew by 1,945 percent for Oceania compared to the same period a year ago. Unlike air passenger traffic, air cargo traffic was less affected by coronavirus pandemic thanks to the increased exports of medical supplies and IT-related items such as semiconductors, computers, and smartphones.
