Production of millet in Nigeria 2005-2022
In 2022, the production of millet in Nigeria was estimated to be two million metric tons. Between 2005 and 2021, the millet output in the country decreased significantly, from 7,168 to the 2022 figure. The largest drop in production was registered in 2011 when the crop volume experienced a decrease of over 75 percent compared to 2010.
