Among the houses available in Rome in October 2020, three-room apartments were the most offered on the market (38.6 percent). Two-room apartments followed with 27.3 percent. On the other hand, studios and five-room apartments were the least available on the market, with a share of only 7.8 and 8.5 percent respectively.
