COVID-19: Factors influencing tech employees WFH environment 2020

Personal distractions and background noise when working from home (WFH) were the most common disturbances for tech employees who are now forced to stay home and work during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. Of respondents, personal distraction was 45 percent and background noise was close behind with 42 percent answering as such. Other prevalent factors experienced during remote working were unstable or slow internet, a single monitor, children, and shared space.
