Latin America: borrowers from commercial banks 2013-2018
In 2018, there were more than 243 borrowers from commercial banks per 1,000 adults in Latin America and the Caribbean, up from nearly 224 reported a year earlier. That same year, Chile registered the highest value of personal loans per capita among selected Latin American countries.
