From January to April 2021, the average Consumer Price Index (CPI) of clothing and footwear in Libya was at 416.6 points, with 2008 as the base year set to 100. This represented the highest index value in that period. Overall, the CPI in the country was significantly high for every group of products. The only score occurrence below 100 was found with the communication industry, which registered an average CPI of 83.2.
