Strasbourg was the most bike-friendly city in France according to its residents. The Alsatian capital was rated 4.02 out of 6. According to the organizers of the survey, the threshold for a positive response was set at 3.5 out of 6. Only two cities of 200,000 inhabitants thus obtained a positive score, Strasbourg and Nantes. Marseille was, in 2019, the least favorable city for bicycle use in a large French city.
