Impact of COVID-19 on upper secondary students' plans to study in the future 2020
Has the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation changed upper secondary students' future plans? 20 percent of senior students who planned on continue studying after graduating stated that the virus has a great importance in terms of their plans in 2020. The highest share of students, however, stated that the virus did not affect their plans. This was also the case for students who did not count on studying after graduation. Taking a gap year of one or two years was the most common thing for senior students that same year.
