Online education platform Tencent Classroom user distribution in China 2021, by age

Between November 2020 and November 2021, about 54 percent of users on the online education platform Tencent Classroom in China were aged 26 or below. The number of young students using the platform increased during the outbreak of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic due to the lockdown situation, but returned to pre-pandemic levels in 2021. In the examined period, 60 percent of the users were male, while 40 percent were female.
