Common unhealthy lifestyle habits in Russia 2021, by age group
More than one half of Russians older than 55 years conducted medical examination less than once a year, making it the most common unhealthy lifestyle trait as of 2021. A similar trend was observed in the younger generation aged 18 to 34 years. Approximately 60 percent of adults between 35 and 54 years of age experienced irregular schedules at work.
