Preferences for home office after pandemic in Canada 2022, by gender
According to a study conducted among Canadians in 2022, very few employees wished to fully come back to work from the office after the COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, only four percent of Canadian women and three percent of men declared to be willing to work all hours outside of the home. Most workers preferred to work more hours at home and some at the office, or to telework entirely. The proportion of women who preferred to work only from home was eight points higher than that of men.
