Brazil: most popular travel booking channels 2020, by service type

For 28 percent of Brazilian participants in a 2020 survey, online travel agencies (OTAs) were the preferred channel to book flights, while traditional travel agencies were the first option for only seven percent of respondents. When booking accommodation services, 27 percent of Brazilians interviewed marked search engines as their first choice. These platforms were also the leading channel for Brazilian respondents when they search for travel services.
