Traditional and fast-food restaurants contribution to restaurant industry France 2018
In recent years, the contribution of the traditional and fast-food restaurant industry to the overall restaurant sales remained stable in France. Again in 2018, traditional restaurants contributed for more than half of the total sales in the restaurant industry, while fast-food service restaurants represented nearly one-third of sales in that sector.
