Main reasons for choosing a QSR for delivery in the U.S 2021
As of January 2021, consumers in the United States were surveyed on the most important factors for choosing a quick service restaurant (QSR) for delivery. The majority of respondents, 48 percent, stated that price was the most important factor when it came to choosing a QSR for delivery. Meanwhile, 30 percent of respondents stated that the availability of certain items was the most important factor.
