Exhibition companies: change in operating profits Europe 2020

According to a June 2021 study, most exhibition companies in Europe, 85 percent, reported either increasing or stable operating profits in 2019. The following year, due to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, more than half of the exhibition companies surveyed reported an operating loss. Meanwhile, only six percent of exhibition companies had increasing or stable operating profits in 2020.
