Number of passengers carried by Iberia 2011-2021
In 2021, the Spanish flag carrier airline Iberia carried approximately 10.5million passengers, considerably less than in 2019. Airline travel was severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic, which resulted in the grounding and lowered operation of passenger planes in 2020.
