COVID-19 impact on environmental issues by region 2021

The outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic had a considerable impact on the awareness of environmental issues among investors worldwide. As of May 2021, 34 percent of the investors surveyed in Asia declared to perceive environmental issues as much more important after the pandemic. Additionally, the coronavirus pandemic increased considerably the environmental awareness of 30 percent of the investors surveyed in the Americas region.
