Barriers for women to reach tech leadership U.S.

One of the biggest barriers that hold women (working in the U.S. health technology industry) back from senior leadership is the exclusion from networks of communication and influence, according to a survey of health tech professionals in 2019. Much more women than men felt that they were being excluded from such networks, which speaks for the gender inequality observed in the tech industry at large.
