Users who had purchased smartphone apps in Vietnam 2021

According to a survey on mobile apps conducted by Rakuten Insight in September 2021, approximately 48 percent of respondents in Vietnam had never purchased any applications on smartphones. The source also revealed that Vietnamese smartphone users did not purchase mobile apps primarily because the free version of the app provided everything they needed.
