Russian pipeline gas import in EU share by route 2022

Gas flows via the transit through Ukraine, which included the Brotherhood Pipeline and the Balkan route, accounted for the largest share of Russian pipeline gas imports into the European Union (EU) in the third quarter of 2022, at 38 percent. The second leading route was TurkStream with a share of 36 percent, which was the highest figure over the observed period.
