Monthly EU-27 LNG imports from the United States 2020-2022

In June 2022, the European Union imported roughly 4.1 billion cubic meters of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the United States. This was an increase of around 30 percent from the previous month, and represents the peak import volume in the period of consideration. The United States has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of LNG to Europe.
