Popularity of increased sanctions in response to the Russia-Ukraine war 2022
As of February 2022, 45 percent of people in Great Britain advised that they would support increased sanctions against Russia due to the Russia-Ukraine war, even if it resulted in an increase to the cost of living. This is compared with 39 percent in Germany, 28 percent in Italy, and 26 percent in France who said the same.
