During January and September 2023, the Shanghai Stock Exchange was the leading stock market worldwide in terms of IPO proceeds, raising 26.2 billion U.S. dollars. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange was second in the list, with IPO proceeds reaching 19 billion U.S. dollars.
