Most preferred providers to send remittances to Kenya 2021
M-Pesa/Safaricom ranked as the most preferred service provider by Kenyans living abroad to send money back home in 2021. According to the survey, 20 percent of respondents favored the provider, while 16 percent preferred banks. Kenyans living abroad sent home around 3.7 billion U.S. dollars in remittances as of 2021.
