Metaverse acceleration due to COVID-19 2022

According to a March 2022 survey of companies from selected countries that have already invested in the metaverse, more than 92 percent of responding businesses felt that the global COVID-19 pandemic had accelerated the development of metaverse technologies. This is also evidenced by four in ten respondents currently researching work environment and remote work projects in the metaverse.
