Homeowners considering installation of solar panels in the U.S. 2022, by region

According to a 2022 survey on carbon neutrality conducted in the United States, the Pacific region had the highest share of homeowners either considering or having already installed solar panels, at 45 and 17 percent, respectively. The share of homeowners considering solar panel installation was lowest in the East South Central region, at 35 percent.
