In May 2022, medium-sized companies had the least trust in the Romanian authorities with the management of the economic and social effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The most trust, as per 14 percent, was registered among representatives of large enterprises in Romania.

The source adds the following notes regarding the methodology: "This report was drafted in early May, following the announcement of the lifting of the emergency state on the 15th of May. However, the data should be interpreted from the perspective of its collection, in the second half of April, when there was no information on a possible relaxation of social distancing measures."
