Consumers' dental visit behavior before and during COVID-19 in U.S. 2020
According to a survey bi-annually conducted among U.S. consumers, there was no drastic dental visit behavior changes in spite of the barriers presented by COVID-19. Indeed, a variation of two percent for adults who had professional teeth cleaning, and a shift from 89 to 81 percent of children visiting the dentist for preventive care, was reported comparing 2020 and 2019.
