The United Kingdom (UK) had the largest market share as a target nation with a total de-SPAC deal value of almost 34.7 billion U.S. dollars. Following the UK, Sweden and Luxembourg were the next leading target nations with a deal value of around 19.8 billion and 17.6 billion U.S. dollars respectively.
