As of 2022, 91 percent of hospital executives surveyed in the United States reported their organization had already implemented telemedicine/e-visits, with five percent indicating they would implement this technology in the next year. Around 56 percent mentioned their hospital already implemented remote patient monitoring, while around a quarter had plans to implement it within the next twelve months.
