Malnourished children based on weight-for-height index India 2019-2021, by area
As of April 2021, over 146 thousand children aged under five in rural India were classified as malnourish based on the anthropometric index of weight-for-height. Meanwhile, nearly 51 thousand children under five years in urban India were malnourished in terms of weight-for-height.
