Opinion of U.S. adults on if the Supreme Court has too much power 2022, by party
A poll conducted in July 2022 found that 72 percent of Democrats think that the Supreme Court of the United States has too much power. In contrast, 21 percent of Republican respondents said the Court has too much power. Republican respondents were more likely to think that the Court has about the right amount of power.
