Preference for stage of property India H1 2022
According to a survey conducted in the first half of 2022 in India, 30 percent of prospective homebuyers preferred ready-to-move-in properties a slight reduction from previous corresponding year. However, there was an increase in preference for newly launched properties by four percent. Increase in new supply by large trusted developers can be one of the reasons for growing buyer confidence in new launches.
