Global petrochemical sales 2021, by country
In 2021, China was the world's largest selling country of petrochemicals, with sales surpassing 443 billion euros. The East Asian country accounted for over 45 percent of the global petrochemical sales that year. Meanwhile, the United States ranked second, but by a wide margin, with sales amounting to some 81.6 billion euros.
