Global companies at risk for cyber attacks according to CISOs 2021-2022, by country
A 2022 survey among Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) worldwide showed that, according to the respondents, nearly half of the surveyed companies were at risk of a material cyber attack in the following 12 months. This figure has decreased compared to the prior year when 64 percent of the surveyed CISOs detected a possible material cyber attack. As of 2022, French companies were at the highest risk of a cyber attack, according to 80 percent of the surveyed Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) from various industries in the country.
