Public opinion on mental health care in Chile 2022
According to a survey conducted in Chile between July and August 2022, approximately 86 percent of interviewees indicated that mental and physical health are equally important, while about 65 percent said they think about their mental well-being very or fairly often. Moreover, the study found that more than six in every ten Chilean respondents considered mental health as a top health problem people faced in the South American country.
