Opinion of the elderly about their satisfaction with their MA plan in the U.S. 2023
As of February 2023, 69 percent of the elderly people mention that they are very satisfied with convenience of their Medicare Advantage (MA) plan, a further 27 percent were somewhat satisfied. The majority of senior citizens were overall satisfied with their MA plan's affordability, convenience, value, and choices.
