Non-face-to-face strategy awareness in the maintenance industry South Korea 2021
In 2021, about 54 percent of companies in the maintenance and other personal services industry in South Korea were aware of the developing non-face-to-face business strategy in the industry, but did not have plans to apply or align their business to it. The share of such companies that had intentions or experience with implementing this contactless trend was the minority, with around 27 percent of those surveyed applying it and a further approximately eight percent planning to adopt it in the near future.
