COVID-19 Central America: employees on remote work 2020

According to a survey conducted in 2020 in Central America and the Dominican Republic, 57 percent of organizations did not have employees working remotely before the COVID-19 pandemic. However, due to the sanitary crisis over half indicated having between 75 and 100 percent of their workforce operating remotely.
